Adrien Broner on Mayweather-McGregor
“It’s gonna be the first televised bank robbery—and he’s not gonna get in trouble for it.”

Having a puncher’s chance is better than having no chance at all. “But in all reality, Floyd’s gonna kick his ass…”

Former four-division champion Adrien Broner has thought about the upcoming fight between Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor. It will be night to remember or one to regret depending on what happens in the ring.

Broner was asked by TMZ about McGregor’s chances.

“If you ask me, he’s got a punchers chance,” Broner said. “I think it’s gonna be a more competitive fight than what people think.”

That’s news right there. Most sensible people with some knowledge of the game think his chances are slim to none.

“Once you step in that ring, everybody is just one punch away from a knockout.

“So I always say he’s got a puncher’s chance.”

Having a puncher’s chance is better than having no chance at all.

“But in all reality,” Broner said, “Floyd’s gonna kick his ass.”

Fight Hub TV also spoke with Broner. They asked about the fight and Broner told them.

“That’s gonna be the first televised bank robbery—and he’s not gonna get in trouble for it.”
