Love Is Just a Four-Letter Word

Love Is Just a Four-Letter Word
Shantel Jackson, Mayweather's ex-fiancée, is throwing the book at her former inamorato.

During an argument in 2013, Floyd allegedly pointed a gun at Shantel’s foot, asking ‘Which toe do you want me to shoot?’”

We thought we’d heard the last of Shantel Jackson. After Floyd Mayweather gave her the boot for supposedly having an abortion, or as Floyd put it, “killing our twin babies,” Miss Jackson became a nonperson, at least as far as Money and boxing were concerned.

But it’s hard to keep a good woman, or even a bad woman, down.

Mayweather’s ex-fiancée is suing her former inamorato. She claims that the pound-for-pound king, shortly after he was released from jail in 2012 for beating Josie Harris, attacked her several times and once “PULLED A GUN ON HER and threatened to shoot,” according to TMZ Sports.

In the lawsuit Jackson alleges the two were arguing when “He twisted [her] arm, choked her and forcibly took her phone away from her to look through it.”

The bit with the phone is especially troubling.

Miss Jackson claims Mayweather lost it again in April 2013. During another argument, Floyd “bent her arm, restrained her, and pointed a gun at her foot, asking ‘Which toe do you want me to shoot?’ before demanding she remove her 17-carat diamond engagement ring and give it back.

Were that not enough, and of course it’s more than enough, Miss Jackson claims Mayweather struck again, during yet another argument, in his condo at the Ritz in Los Angeles in Feb. 2014.

Shantel Jackson has hired Gloria Allred, the pugnacious lawyer whose list of clients include Amber Frey, girlfriend of wife murderer Scott Peterson; Vanessa Lopez, who sued Shaquille O’Neil for harassment, assault, and emotional distress, Brittany Ashland, who was allegedly assaulted by Charlie Sheen; Christina Fierro, the 17-year-old runaway who was sexually abused by Lawrence Taylor; Rachel Uchitel, one of Tiger Woods many mistresses; porn star Ginger Lee, who had the misfortune to interact with Anthony Weiner; and many, many others.

With Gloria Allred as her very capable counsel, Miss Jackson is suing for assault, battery, defamation, invasion of privacy, intentional infliction of emotional distress, harassment, false imprisonment…and more.

The odds for the upcoming fight between Floyd Mayweather and Marcos Maidana are subject to change.

Bogus!!!!  If shes been getting treated so bad why is she just now coming out.  Poor acting skills,  She reads about as well as floyd does.  True Gold digger…....why keep the kids and mess up her figure when she can sue him for B.S and get the same amount,  wheres the police reports for abuse?  Can she prove any of this?

Floyd is about to face the toughest challenger of his career, Gloria Allred. Even if he emerges relatively unscathed, which won’t happen, he will spend many millions fighting the charges. Allred is a tough customer who packs a wallop.  Watch out, Floyd.

I was all set to condemn FMJ until I saw the name ‘Gloria (I see Green when I dress) Allred.”...Nuff said…Peace.

I do so enjoy a laugh first thing in the morning, and your “The bit with the phone is especially troubling” certainly did the trick.

A man who uses his superior physical strength not to protect a woman, but to abuse her, is no man at all.  But two points in Floyd’s favor:  First, his “Which toe do you want me to shoot?” is perhaps his idea of the more conventional “Red or white?”  Maybe he can build on that.  Second, the fact that ambulance-chaser-to-the-stars, Gloria Allred, is Shantel’s lawyer has me wondering if some of the claims haven’t been significantly exaggerated or distorted.

As for Mayweather’s state of mind going into the Maidana fight…hmmm, thought-provoking point, that.
