Tishchenko does have a tough route having to go through Julio, Nyika and Peralta.

The World Championship draw has been completed which means we can map out the routes our favourite boxers will have to take to reach the final. Here is the round up of what you need to know.

Light Flyweight
• Yohanys Argilagos has a relatively easy draw. He should cruise through to the semi final where he should fight Egorov.
• Gamal Yafai was drawn in the toughest quarter. He will potentially have to beat Aqeel Ahmed, Yurbejen Martinez and Gan-Erdene Gankhuyag just to medal.

Flyweight
• My four predicted medalist are all drawn in separate quarters meaning they could all medal.
• Veitia and Flissi have the easiest quarters meaning they are. Incredible likely to get a medal
• Again a Brit with a tough draw in Niall Farrell. Boxers in his quarter include Latipov, Avila and Asenov

Bantamweight
• Akhmadaliev will have a tough second round opponent in Yeraliyev.
• McGrail v Dos Santos and Melian v Butsenko are really good potential quarter finals.
• Duke Ragan will have to show his quality straight away as the young American will take on Javier Ibanez.

Lightweight
• If the seeds go to plan then the quarter finals could be some incredible fights: Alvarez v Mamedov, Thapa v Abduraimov, Benbaziz v Dorjnyambuu, Shestak v Oumiha
• Callum French got a horrific draw and would have to beat Shestak and Oumiha for a medal

Light Welterweight
• The bottom quarter may be the deepest quarter in the championships. Andy Cruz has to be favourite but also in the quarter are Rodriguez, Biyarslanov, McComb and Petrauskas.
• Luke McCormack will have to get past Harutyunyan and Kholdarov to win a medal

Welterweight
• Pat McCormack has it tough here. He should get through to the quarter finals although Tsankidis is a tough opponent but will then have to fight Giyasov, the favourite.
• Along with that there could be some other great action in the quarter finals as Baraou fights Baghirov and Randall against Iglesias
• The second quarter may not be top heavy but there is lots of good fighters. Mangiacapre, Belous, Kumar, Zhussupov and Maestre will believe they can come out of it. Zhussupov would be my favourite

Middleweight
• Amankul v Lopez, Khamukov or Vivas v Shaksuvarly are superb quarter finals
• The semis will be even better as those winners meet and Madrimov could take on Khyzniak

Light Heavyweight
• Poor Alberto Ramirez was a serious medal contender with a better draw but has to fight Julio Cesar La Cruz in round two
• Joe Ward is probably in the toughest quarter featuring Lazzerini, Manfredonia and Dauhaliavets

Heavyweight
• Levit and Tishchenko look set for another collision in the final.
• The draw has set up perfectly for my medal predictions
• Tishchenko does have a tough route having to go through Julio, Nyika and Peralta to make the final

Super Heavyweight
• Still looks an open renewal although you have to feel for those in the quarter of Jalolov or Vykhryst
